I am a busy working mom, married to a great guy who loves to eat and loves for me to cook. I have a four-year-old son who is usually starving by the time I get home, so I really love to cook things during the week that are quick and easy! I love to grill, love stir-fry, I am terrible at it but I do attempt to bake from time to time. Just made my first batch of cupcakes this year! I have started a little Christmas morning tradition of breakfast casserole. My family includes a lot of really great women who just happen to be really great cooks. Southern women, southern food, I can't cook like that and it's a good thing! This past Thanksgiving! My husband hated to admit it, but said that my turkey was the best he ever had. (Brining was the secret!) I'll let you know....
