delicious! easy to make! i used oil instead of applesauce and i also used whole eggs. left out walnuts bc of allergies. so delicious warm out of the oven! thanks!

these muffins got my kids to eat squash!!!! i called them 'surprise muffins'. they ate them and i asked them 'can you guess what the surprise is?' they couldn't guess! when i told them 'squash', they were shocked! but they kept eating them!! i also added some crushed up milk chocolate bars to add to the appeal. excellent recipe! thanks!
