Tex-Mex Turkey Soup

Really good. Very hearty. I had a ton of leftover turkey and couldn't eat anymore sandwiches. This was perfect. I didn't have cumin and it still turned out great. I added a little cayanne for extra heat, and did increase the other spices like a lot of other reviewers. A great way to not let the leftovers go to waste!

Easy Turkey Gravy

Very good! A big hit. It makes a TON. I had seven adults and it was way more than needed. A delicious recipe though. The cream of chicken soup is a really nice touch and I made my own turkey stock with neck/giblets. Awesome!

Best turkey ever! Seriously, this turned out so good. I brined for two days, then smoked in the Traeger for six hours. People were saying it was the best turkey they'd ever eaten!

Very good! Had a cookout and these were gone quick. Recipe is simple and easy, but really delicious. Go heavy on the cayenne at first if you like the spicy taste to linger.

Grilled Tri-Tip with Oregon Herb Rub

This was great. The rub is delicious. I smoked it about 3 1/2 hours. I'm going to cut that down to 3 hours next time. Meat came out medium, but was still very moist.

Parmesan Corn Chowder

Very good chowder! I was going to give four starts, but my wife asks me, "If you were going to have a corn chowder, would you want one other than this?" With that advice, a five-star chowder. The one thing is, I agree with the reviewer who commented on the number of servings. We made the full recipe and got four strong bowls out of it. Really good!

These are very good! I used two extra cloves of garlic and a little hot sauce to strengthen it up. For baked wings, these are as good as I've found.

Easy Armadillo Eggs

This was delicious. The flavor was very nice. The only reason we gave it four stars is that it isn't quite "quick and easy" to make. Also, we got 16 rather large jalepenos, and we ran out of cream cheese and sausage halfway. Again though, an excellent appetizer!

Barbecue Ribs

FANTASTIC! I didn't have any rum, so I used rum flavoring and a little beer. Perfect. Also, the recipe doesn't mention this, but I rubbed with a spice rub and put them in the fridge for a couple of hours before putting them in the oven. If you like HEAT, use the Asian "rooster" chili sauce. You know the one I mean...
