Delicious and unique appetizer! I recently served it at a party and everyone wanted the recipe. It's especially nice during the holidays. I serve with triscuits or wheat thins.

This is the best potato soup and has fast become a family favorite! I always double the recipe, but it still doesn't last long enough. The steak seasoning is the secret ingredient that gives this wonderful flavor, I have used several different brands and all have been good. I usually use some half and half, if I have it on hand, but it's very good with milk as the recipe calls for.
