Stacy is currently a student at the University of Washington majoring in Communications. She enjoys playing volleyball and discovering little joys of life. Stacy's sweet tooth is renown in her family, as she devours pies, cake, ice cream and candy. Although she has faced numerous steak disasters, she still persists making that one "perfect steak". Baked Dijon Salmon, Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies My family makes a soup called "Yuen", featuring ball-ish chewey pieces of dough. Whoever finds the special square piece of dough in their soup gets the grand prize- washing everyone's dishes for the night. Everyone loved the baked dijon salmon dish and asked for the recipe. I dropped a piece of raw steak on a sponge of soap, rinsed it, and tried to fry it. It eventually became so raw and undercooked that I had to cook it in the microwave. Another time I tried cooking steak and the color turned to be too light. Then, I realized that I was cooking pork chops instead of steak. Yay for George Foreman grills.
