Mexican Style Shredded Pork
I wasn't nearly as impressed as some of the other reviewers. We thought this was okay but nothing to write home about. I doubt I'll make it again. The meat turned out very dry, and the flavor just wasn't that spectacular.

Grilled Lemon Herb Pork Chops
This was very good. I had some thicker chops, and the marinade still flavored the meat all the way through in just a few hours. It's going in the "keeper" file. I wouldn't change a thing.

White Bean 'n' Ham Soup
What a tasty and easy way to get a home made soup. We really enjoyed this and will definitely make it again. I followed the recipe exactly.
