Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
I used Frank's buffalo sauce (entire bottle with 4 chicken breats) and pretty much the entire package of ranch dressing mix. Also, used unsalted butter....DELICIOUS!!! Chicken was very tender and the amount of heat was just right. Definitely keeping this one!

Calico Cheese Dip
Made this for a small new years eve gathering...followed it exactly...it made a TON and we ate it all!! Very festive looking and VERY good. Would never have guessed the Good Seasons Italian Dressing if I had not made it myself. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks for sharing!

Three Cheese Macaroni with Tomatoes
I used only 1 lb. of medium shells but 2 cans of tomatoes and more cheese than called for, cutting the cubes into smaller pieces - used colby/jack, cheddar, and a few cut up slices of muenster. I also mixed in about a tablespoon of butter into the hot, drained shells and mixed in the cheese, tomatoes, S&P,and some garlic in the hot pot to melt it down a little before putting into baking dish. Came out GREAT and the leftovers reheated better than expected, too!
