I thought this was a pretty good recipe, i followed the recipe exactly except i used some snap peas, carrots, broccoli, and green bell peppers for my veg. It was relatively tasty but I think it just felt like it was missing something... maybe I'll try it again.

This was soooo good and so easy! I always thought it would be a big to do to make a soup but this was just great! It had great flavor and I didn't change anything about the recipes except I drained most about half of the liquid out of the beans and used regular white beans because that's all my store had. Great recipe, thank you!

This was okay but somewhat chewy the flavor would be ok if the kale was a little less chewy. I don't know how to improve the recipe... maybe some kind of precooking for the kale?
