Cottage Cheese Meat Loaf

Excellent & easy. It was so moist. I added stewed tomatoes(drained) @ bell peppers to add a bit more zest.

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

This is so easy. The best part is the flavor that the basting with buttermilk/oleo gives the crust. Makes it unique.
