Chantal's New York Cheesecake
OMG! I'm 15 and i like to cook. I tried this recipe aqa couple times brfore and the cake cracked and it browned on the edges. That was because my dad was being too cheap to buy a springform pan. We used ghram cracker pie crusts- eww! this time i got my mom to buy a springform pan and it came out perfectly. Helpful tips: Make sure the cream cheese and sugar is completly mixed. Not grainy., It does not matter how long you cream these two. Add the other stuff and mix that with a spoon. When adding the eggs, do not use electric beater, the eggs hold air which is bad for cheesecake. And lastly, after everything is mixed i add a tablespoon of lemon juice to make it a little tangy! This recipe is great and i will make this again!!!
