About this Cook
I am a wife and mother of 3. I do NOT really like to spend much time in the kitchen, but I do love it when my family loves something that I make. The hardest thing is finding enough recipies for a couple of weeks worth of meals that will please my whole family including my husband, daughter(10), daughter(8), son(5). I love this site because I can find a huge variety of recipies to try on my family and then decide if I should make it again.
My favorite things to cook
I love sweets and dinners that my family will all agree is a great meal.

Baked Ziti I
This is an excellent recipie. A new family favorite. I make it exactly at stated. I have mede it without the meat too. All three of my children love this. I make it all the time now!

Parmesan Herb Chicken
This is a keeper. My husband and I are trying to watch our weight so I substituted the butter for egg whites and it turned out great. My kids, husband, father and I all loved it. I will be making this one often. I may try the boneless breasts next time.

Lemon Rosemary Salmon
I made this for my whole family and everyone loved it. My children ages 10, 8 and 5 loved it too. I serve a lot of fish and I am always looking for a healthy preparation. This was perfect. I will be making this one often.
