This was good. I made two, one with ham and the other hot sausage. I added white pepper. I did saute the ham chunks before adding to cook the water out. It would have been soggy if not. Some people said it was bland, but what do you expect from eggs, bread and cheese? Thanks for the great recipe. This will be my "no potatoes" recipe from now on.

This was pretty good bread. I made mini bundts and glazed the tops. It was quite a bit more dry than my usual recipe, however my other recipe uses a ton of oil and sugar. It had good flavor and none of the spices were too overpowering. Thanks for the recipe.

I made these to the letter except for using 4 bananas (mine were kind of small). While I could taste the banana flavor, some people thought they were cinnamon muffins. They tasted really good to me and smelled great. They were so moist on the bottoms that I thought they might not be done, but they were. Very good muffins. Thanks.
