I was a little disappointed with these. They were not what i was expecting however they still got ate. I would not recommend the curry powder in the batter mix. The taste seems to take over. Next time I will try that and see if I like them better.

This is a good dish overall. I love how it adds so many different types of veggies together. I have made this a few times and it is always a hit. I add lots of galic to mine as we are garlic lovers.

I loved this recipe. I made this for my in laws who I didnt know at the time hate polenta. Well they used to at least because they both had seconds of this recipe. It is so easy. To save time sometimes I will not fry the polenta but just slice it and lay it in the pan. I also made this for my mother who cant have onions instead we used garlic and it still tasted great. This is a very versital recipe.
