I'm a teenager living in Singapore. I'm still attending high school. I'm really interested in cooking. But more specifically, I'm into baking. However, I'm still very much a novic when it comes to the kitchen. There's still a lot for me to experiment with and learn from. Since I'm into baking, I love baking chocolate chips cookies amongst many other cookies. I've tried scones before and will be trying to do cakes next. Wish me luck! Basically, my dad doesn't cook much while my mom's the housewife. My grandparents are great cooks. I espeically love the longevity noodles my grandpa used to cook. Chinese New Year is a huge deal within my family and relatives. It's almost like Christmas because we'd bake pineapple tarts, kueh lapis and stuff. On the 15th (last) day of CNY, we'd prepare homemade dumplings.
