We've been using quinoa for a while but I never followed a recipe, just cooked it in my rice cooker and added some oil and or balsamic vinegar. Now this is the way I'm going to be making quinoa from now on. The only bad thing is my daughter (21 months) still prefers is pretty plain but I can do it both ways. Thank you. PS: Didn't do garlic, used half of all seasonings and 1 can of beans because I wanted to try and get my daughter to eat but can't wait to do it like posted, maybe tomorrow.
