Pumpkin Cake III
So delicious! Made as written except the substitution of apple sauce for some of the oil. Thanks to other reviewers for the Cream Cheese Frosting II recipe - I'll make this again and again.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
One block of cream cheese and a half stick of butter is the way to go. So good with Pumpkin Cake III!

Baked Scallops
These were very yummy, but greasy. Next time, I will use shrimp and less butter.
