Beef Stew VI
I liked the stew! The problem was that I expected it taste more complex. That last "bang" of rosemary's mint was the only thing I've appreciated as a spice. =( Maybe that's because I've added some uncooked rosemary on top as garnish. =)I didn't find it as thick as I liked it, but it's probably just personal preference. In overall, I liked it but I don't love it.

Australian BBQ Meatballs
The recipe's great! This is on of the best meatballs I've tasted. I'm going to add some mashed potatoes the next time I make it! I've garnished it with a sprinkle of ground cloves or the italian seasoning. To me, the sauce is just right. I guess it depends on each other's palate. So don't degrade the recipe! =)

Hamburger Buns
The recipe's great. It's something different compared with other burger buns. It has a "biscuit" taste. Do try it!
