I am an Army Wife and mom to 3 growing boys!! And co-owner of a very spoiled cat named Mazie. I love spending time with my family, collecting new recipes, which are all stuffed into cookbooks, folders. I hope to soon put them into my own personal cookbook. I could name a zillion things. I really don't have a particular favorite area. I'm from the South so we are always big into frying things! Fried chicken, fried porkchops, fried squash...etc etc etc. I'd have to say my lasagna is my signature dish that people comment on most, I make my own sauce, and one of the cheeses I use you wouldn't normally think of, instead of using a cottage or racotta cheese, I use whipped cream cheese. It might sound crazy but trust me the taste really works!!! Thankfully I've not any MAJOR catastrophies. I've burned a few things here and there, accidentally added sugar to a pot of beans instead of salt. Now if my husband's info were asked for I could get into the time I was on bedrest during one of my pregnancies and he made tuna casserole and forgot to add the tuna, and the crunchy noodles due to his definition of "simmer" being, "turn it off", lol.
