Peanut Butter Layered Brownies
Yum! I made these because I had a ton of unsweetened baking chocolate to use up. I followed the recipe exactly, except I omitted the chocolate drizzle because I had no semi-sweet chocolate. 30 minutes was perfect baking time for the brownies, but I thought the brownies alone were a little bland. With the peanut butter though, they're great! I'm sure I'll make these again.

Best Baked Chicken
Really good! I didn't have any celery salt, so I left it out. I used garlic powder and just a little bit of garlic salt. I used the coating on about a pound of boneless breast cut into tenders. There wasn't enough chicken to use all of the coating, so I dumped the leftover crumbs on top. I used much less butter than called for. We'll def. have this again, but only for an occasional dinner treat. Too unhealthy (and addictive!) to make regularly.
