This was a real hit with my family. I left out the avacado ( my family never was too crazy about it)and instead of jalopeno peppers, I used zesty yellow ones and threw in some black olives for good measure. I will definitely use this recipe again!

I had great succes with this recipe! Great texture and taste. This is also an excellent recipe to play with. The second time I made these, I added cherry gelatin and coconut and wound up with a DELICIOUS cookie. These are just perfect without tampering though. It's just fun when you find recipes that stand so well on their own, but also allow you endless possibilities for new things as well. Well done! I will be using this again....and again...and again!
