Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
As close to Cracker Barrel as you can get without going to the restaurant. Loved it!!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
This turned out great and was pretty easy to make. I simplified it slightly by using crumbled tortilla chips instead of going through the steps of baking toritillas.

Chicken Breasts Pierre
I don't usually like chicken, but this recipe has a very unique and complex flavor. It's great served with mashed potatoes!
