Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Very delicious, VERY QUICK AND EASY.
My changes: I seasoned the fish with garlic salt and oregno when broiling them for the first time. I also didn't have a broiling pan handy and an aluminum foil covered shallow metal dish worked perfectly. I would make a little extra sauce next time, if you actually are using 2 lbs of fillets (which we were).
