Whipped Sweet Potatoes with Pears
Great change from the traditional sweet potato holiday grind. Have made this with less milk with no problem.

Sweet and Sour Sauce II
I used this as the started for Sweet and Sour Meatballs rather than using commercial sauce... winner!
