Jam Filled Butter Cookies
It's been 3 yrs. and I keep coming back to this recipe. Makes a delicious cookie as is but to mix it up, I sometimes add chopped pecans or coconut flakes. They don't last the full 24 hours!!!

Holland Butter Cookies
My husband loved these cookies. He is Mexican and he said they reminded him of the cookies sold in Mexico called "Pastisetas".

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Made them for thanksgiving and there were no leftovers. I used half a head of garlic, but that's personal preference.
