Mom's Zucchini Bread
I have never made bread before because I was always a little intimated. But with this recipe, it was not difficult at all and tasted great! Very moist!

Fried Artichoke Hearts
Very good! I used a jar of fire roasted artichokes marinated in garlic and olive oil so it had some great flavors before I even started.

Zucchini Souffle
Very tasty! Like other reviews suggested, I added about 2 cloves of garlic. I added about half a cup of bread crumbs instead of flour. And topped with fried onions.
