Aunt Carol's Spinach and Fish Bake
was okay, but we expected better after reading the reviews. We used fresh spinach and added onion & garlic, some extra cheese. I thought iwas heavy and rather bland. probably will not make this one again

Baklava
excellent! I would not double the sauce as others have suggested, that will make it too sweet. Awesome just the way recipe is written.

Fettuccine Alfredo V
best alfredo sauce yet. Only change was to add some white pepper, other than that, fabulous "as-is"
