This is just the cutest Halloween treat! Yes, it is time consuming, but I go for the "WOW" effect and this is it! I used Tootsie rolls for the tails, just micro them 10 seconds on high, slice in half, and then roll each half into a pointy tail. I used red jimmies for the eyes. I put the tail, eyes and ears on before covering with half Oreo cookie crumbs and half graham cracker crumbs. I put them in a shallow pan lined with graham cracker crumbs and sprinkled with chocolate jimmies. I can't wait to take them to work tomorrow~thanks for a keeper. And yes, this goes nicely with the kitty litter cake on this site.

This is a great vegetarian pasta dish! I'm always on the hunt for an easy, meatless dish and since I was craving something saucey, this fit the bill. I used crushed Italian flavored croutons, an extra egg, water instead of oil, and grated Parmesan cheese for my spinach mixture. I baked it in my Pampered Chef stoneware baking bowl and it came out perfect. I can't wait to dig into some leftovers today :p Thanks for an awesome addition to my vegetarian file! :)

Wow, this is so easy and so tasty! I love lemon anything and this has my stove top lemon curd recipe beaten hands down~thank you so much for this super recipe. I prepared a pound cake, filled the center with fresh blueberries, dusted it with 10X sugar, and topped each slice with a dollop of this yummy curd! I am a Pampered Chef consultant and plan on sharing this recipe with my fellow chef "groupies" on my web site!
