Spicy Kielbasa Soup
Mmm, this is a fall favorite at our house. I left out the zucchini and beans (hubby doesn't like), and threw in some potato chunks. Delicious!

Baked Apricot Chicken
My husband and I really like this. I use Catalina; I have had a really hard time finding a good French dressing where I live.
