I have made this a couple times now and it is pretty good. The first time we just ate it as is and the second I served it over rice. It definitely needs to be served over rice or pasta. I will continue to make it as it is very easy to make and that is always a plus for a working mom.

Corn Casserole II

I have been making the recipe for a few years now. My husband's family loves it and always requests that I bring it to family dinners. Pretty much the only thing I change is that I add a couple of tablespoons of sugar. I also drain the whole kernel corn. Very yummy when right out of the oven!

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Very good chicken parm. I used shredded mozzerella cheese just because of preference and only put the cheese on the last 5 minutes of baking and it was very yummy. I do think that the amount of bread crumbs it calls for is a little much. I didn't use as much as called for and still have some left over. So next time I will reduce the amount of bread crumbs and parm cheese. Very good though!

Zucchini Bread IV

This was very good! I just baked it for about 60 minutes so it was very moist in the middle and had a little bit of a crunchy top. I have more zucchini frozen so I can make more loaves. Very good recipe!

Guacamole

I made this for a party and everyone loved and wanted the recipe. I doubled the recipe and didn't change a thing except that I didn't have enough of cilantro but it still turned out great. Thanks for the great recipe!

Barlow's Blackened Catfish

I cut the cayenne pepper down to half and it was still way too spicy for my family. I should have used 1/4 t like one reviewer said. If I make it again I will do that.

Mom's Best Pork Chops

Brisket with BBQ Sauce

Grilled Salmon I

This was delish! My husband had gotten tired of salmon with just broiling it so I tried this recipe and he loves salmon again! I thought it would turn out to be too sweet but it was not at all. I even marinated it overnight. It was quick and easy and very yummy!

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

The hubby and I really liked these! The recipe doesn't make a lot but it doesn't matter because they are so filling. Just one biscuit was enough for me with some gravy on top.

Fresh Salsa I

This was very good. I took it to a party and everyone loved it. I only put in 4 garlic cloves and 2 peppers and used 3 real tomatoes instead of the canned peeled tomatoes. Thanks for the post.

Blueberry Coffee Cake I

These were wonderful! I have made them several times for myself and my husband and we love them. I also took them to a church breakfast and I got raves there as well. I do add a little more blueberries and a little more confectioner's sugar because we like it really sweet. Thanks for the post.

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

My husband found this recipe and made them for me one night. I loved them! They were so juicy and yummy! We made them for a family dinner and everyone requested we make them again when we all go on vacation this summer together. Also, we prefer them with BBQ sauce on them.
