Tammy's Philly Cheese Steak Dip

I made this with Steak Ums like some of the other reviewers, that was a mistake! It was really greasy and nasty. I tasted it before adding the (drained) meat and liked it, so I'm going to try again with real roast beef.

I make these on a regular basis. I buy pork loins on sale, cut my meat up and add the pork chunks and marinade to a freezer bag. I freeze it until I need them, works beautifully.

Honey Bourbon Fire Sauce

Very good! I used 32 oz of my own homemade salsa and added minced garlic. Perfect. I used this recipe in a rib cook off and subbed regular V8 instead of the hot&spicy and used a medium salsa and we took first place. This makes a lot!

Mom's Yeast Rolls

1 star as written! I made this last week and it was perfect, I went to make it this morning and realized that last time I forgot to add the extra 1/2 cup of water. Well, I added it this time and NEVER AGAIN! I had a sticky, gooey mess that I had to keep feeding flour. I'd give it 5 stars without the extra water.

I only made the cheese sauce from this recipe. Perfect! I adjusted for our tastes: black pepper, 3/4 tsp dry mustard and a pinch of salt. Only way I can get my son to eat broccoli!

Amazingly Good Eggnog

I quit drinking egg nog 25 years ago when I found out my Dad made my beloved beverage with RAW eggs! I haven't had it since I was 10! This tastes exactly as I remember with the bonus of COOKED eggs. I made a batch without rum for the kids, just add 2 tbsp rum extract for the correct flavor. YUM! Thanks so much for this recipe!!
