My favorite things to cook
I love to bake! Cookies, quick breads, cakes, you name it. I'm an "experimenter". The first time I make a recipe, I follow it to a tee, after that, it's more of a "guideline". :)
My cooking triumphs
Banana cake with peanut butter frosting. My husband (back when we were dating) would bring a bunch of over ripe bananas to my house once a week so I would make him a banana cake.
My cooking tragedies
Tuna casserole. My kids cried. Enough said.
