Quite tasty... being in Romania, I had to make some substitutions (gosh I miss cheddar cheese)... and as others mentioned, I didn't mix the butter & breadcrumb mixture. I tossed it together, first added the butter, then breadcrumbs using less than 2/3 c of breadcrumbs.

A great recipe for pancakes. Wish the directions had been a bit clearer (making the mix vs making the batter). And I wish I had read through more reviews before getting started. Both would have saved me making umpteen gazillion pancakes for just my husband and me. But the pancakes were tasty and when we have a taste for them again, this will be the go-to recipe.

As an American living in rural Romania, good pizza is hard to find. This was PERFECT. It was my first time working with yeast and this made it seem easy. I added garlic and some spices, kneaded it, and let it rise (just while the oven heated), as suggested by other reviewers. Thanks for a taste of home!
