This was fabulous! It was so moist and tasty and everyone in the family loved it. I did make a couple changes but I'm sure that didn't make a difference to how I liked it. I used rosé wine instead of white as that's what I had on hand and I didn't use cream because we aren't big cream sauce lovers. Thanks for a great recipe that will become a family favourite.

Fruity Curry Chicken Salad

Great recipe! I normally don't like chicken salad but this was fantastic. I followed advice from other reviews and made it the day before and added some extra mayo and curry to make it a bit creamier. I always use light mayo and it was great in this recipe too. Definitely a keeper.

Mexican Bean Salad

This is a great salad! We can't get canned beans here most of the time so I soaked and cooked the beans myself and then weighed them to make sure I got the right proportions. I followed the recipe exactly and I thought that it was perfect. When I first ate it, I thought that it could use some more spice but after a day of marinading, it's perfect! I've already shared this salad with friends.

Fluffy Cheesecake Dessert

This is a tasty dessert that is easy to make. I don't like Cool Whip, so I used whipping cream instead and used 400 mL of it. The next time I make it, I'll use more orange juice, though. You really couldn't taste the citrus in it at all and I think that would really add to the flavour. Thanks for the yummy recipe!

Champagne Pie

This was a fantastic dessert. I made a couple changes though. Instead of pie crust, I crushed up butter cookies and made a crumb base, which went really well with the filling. I didn't use any frosting as I didn't have any on hand and the flavour was still great. Maybe the filling wasn't as fluffy as it would have been otherwise. I found the filling sweet enough as it was so I can't imagine how much sweeter it would have been with the frosting added. Thanks so much for this recipe - it's definitely a keeper!

Lemon-Raspberry Muffins

I have been looking for a great berry muffin recipe and I finally found it! These muffins are light, moist and very tasty. I made these with plain yogurt because I didn't have buttermilk and I used lemon juice and grated rind instead of the extract. These were fantastic! I also used this same batter for blueberry muffins and they tasted great too. Thanks for the great recipe!

Curried Coconut Chicken

This was excellent! It was so tasty and easy to make. I followed the suggestions of some reviews and added half the tomato sauce, less sugar, cilantro and sprinkled cashews over before serving. I made Curried Rice Pilaf (from this site) to go with it and it was an excellent combination. Thanks for the fantastic recipe!

Seven-Up™ Cake II

The cake had a nice flavour but I found that is was very heavy and on the dry side. Thankfully I served it with whipped cream and a strawberry sauce (found on this site also) and all together, it was a good dessert.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

This was great! The filling was delicious and creamy. It went so well with the chicken. I couldn't believe how fast it was to make! I kept the chicken together with toothpicks and it worked well.

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Fantastic taste! My husband loved it and usually he prefers the meat to the pasta. Not this time! The noodles were a bit dry. Next time I'll add more oil just to coat.

Southwestern Vegetarian Pasta
