Tandoori Chicken II
Made this last night for a couple of guests. Two of the guests were from India and said that it was good, tasted relatively authentic, etc. Authentic or not, this recipe tasts AMAZING and I would highly encourage anyone to try it out.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
Good eating, but at the same time, it didn't even come close to the way my girlfriend makes it. :P Nice quick meal.

Lime Garlic Chicken
I was the guy who took the picture that is currently on the site. It turned out really well when I did it exactly as specified. Next time I make this, I'm going to halve the butter and the oil and see how it works. ;) Even still, most of the butter and oil are just left in the pan after you take out the chicken. Anyway, really good!
