Maple Banana Bread
This was an excellent tasting bread and it made a beautiful loaf. I like that there is no refined sugar in it. You won't miss it! I used vanilla extract instead of maple only because I didn't have maple. Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly, minus the topping.

Sarah's Applesauce
I used apple cider instead of water which made perfect applesauce without adding sugar! My kids (as well as my husband and myself) loved it! I can't believe I had never made applesauce before now. So easy!

Romesco Sauce
Great with rosemary bread dipped in it and I used the rosemary bread as the toast in the recipe as well. I cut the vinegar in half and it still had an excellent vinegar bite. Really a great recipe!
