A Farewell to Basil Fettuccine

I can't tell you how delicous this is. My friends rave about it. I added tomato and chevre sauce and it was perfect. Wonderful!

Chocolate Ganache

Used it as a frosting for "Fabulous fudge cake." It's possibly the most delicious thing I've ever tasted. Didn't use the rum and it was still very good.

Leek and Cheese Quiche

I would give it 4 1/2 stars. It was lovely and easy to make. I did make some changes though. I added garlic while I sautéed the leeks and I used Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheese as replacements for the other cheeses. These changes seemed to give it a little extra kick. I used the heavy cream...YUM!
