Mini Sour Cream Biscuits
amazing!! I used buttermilk just because I had it. I also used a thyme/rosemary dry mix since I had no fresh thyme. We did not even butter them they were so good.

Heavenly Shortbread
My DD has *nine* allergies to foods. This is the ONLY cookie that she can eat. She thinks it is heaven!! I use white and brown rice flour, potato starch, nucoa margarine and organic evaporated cane sugar. To change it up I also will sometimes add pumpkin pie spice. I drop them on a cookie sheet until slightly brown and voila... my girl gets to enjoy the wonders of a cookie!

Banana Banana Bread
I make this at least once a week. I make them as muffins. I made two changes. I use 2 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice and I use half white flour and half whole wheat flour. My family gobbles them up before they can even cool down.
