This is wonderful. I added a 1/2 cup of milk as others suggested to cut down on the dryness and it worked. I only wish it was alittle creamier, but it is still good!

'So This Is What Heaven Tastes Like!' Cream Cheese Bars

I have no idea what went wrong with this recipe. It tasted like raw, uncooked, full of flour cake batter that weighed 10 pounds. That's the best way to describe it. I cooked for the time suggested in the recipe, but I don't know. I won't be attempting this again - sorry!

This was awesome! I added a drizzle of butterscotch scnapps but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Served with spiced wafer cookies and apple slices. A Keeper!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

My review is only for the sauce as I did not have time to make the meatballs. I just used premade meatballs. The sauce was awesome! So much better than a jarred sauce. I made exactly as written except increased the sugar to more like 1 tablespoon to cut down on more of the acidity. After the sauce had simmered for the 90 minutes I emersion blended the sauce to make a smooth consistency because the tomatoes were still whole. Then I whisked in the tomato paste.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

This was very good and well received. Per others' reviews I increased the confectioners sugar to 1 cup. I also used toffee chips instead of nuts on the outside. Just personal preference. What worked for me is making the mixture and just putting it in a bowl in the freezer for a few hours. I then wrapped the mixture in plastic wrap and formed a ball and then placed it back in the freezer to firm up again. Then I rolled in the toffee chips and refroze until ready to use. It defrosts very quickly, so no worries about taking it out right before serving. I served with chocolate teddy grahams and nilla wafers.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

This was well received by my family. As others suggested I subbed approx. 2-3 Tsp. taco seasoning for the chili powder and salt. I also sprayed my pan with a nonstick spray and spread some taco sauce on the bottom before the shells to prevent sticking, which worked. Served with sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, and sour cream. Yum!

Beer Butt Rosemary Chicken

This was great! The fresh rosemary and the oranges gave the chicken such a great flavor. After I carved the bird I juiced some of the orange and chicken broth from the pan on top before serving and loved it.

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Awesome cake. I made this for my Tiramisu-loving husband for father's day. He NEVER gives 5 stars, but said this one is 4 3/4 - restaurant quality!! (The best he has ever given.) I doubled the Kahlua and coffee as others suggested, and I am glad I did. Next time I might make two layers of the coffee flavored cake, but this cake is really perfect as is!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

OMG! This tastes exactly like a jalapeno popper in your mouth! This is absolutely delish! I used fresh jalapenos and fresh grated parmesan cheese. I also added some bread crumbs to the parmesan cheese topping as others suggested and loved it. I baked in a 375 oven for 20 minutes and then broiled the top for a few minutes until brown. I served with sliced baguette which was great and then tortilla scoops after the bread was gone. Both ways were good! A keeper for sure!
