Mom's Easy Pea Salad

I have had this salad many times!!! I LOVE IT!! I use Hellman's mayonnaise and block mild cheddar cheese cubed.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole III

I learned about this dish from a restaurant. I keep the recipe almost as it is. I do saute the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, and onion powder. I also saute the diced onions. I add about 3/4 of the chicken broth. As a cheese lover, I do double the amount. Overall my house loves it and it is easy to make.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I was looking for an easy recipe for a bake sale at work. This was exactly what I was looking for. I had to make two batches. One to leave at home and one to bring to work. The only thing I would do is add more nuts.
