My favorite things to cook
Sweet treats!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't really have any cooking traditions, but I would like to start some of my own!
My cooking triumphs
I hand made bread by just following instructions and no previous experience, and my friends said it was some of the best bread they had tried.
My cooking tragedies
Probably when I tried to make sweet and sour chicken. I attempted improvising and used too much soy...it was bad

Black Bean and Salsa Soup
This is amazing for the amount of time and small number of ingredients put into it! I used beans I had pressure cooked instead of canned--helps cut out the sodium--and this soup is the best black bean soup I've ever had!

El Dorado Beef Casserole
meh--not that great. For it to be a good recipe you'd basically have to alter the whole thing. First, sub something else for the tomato sauce-then add some more spices to the meat, and that's just a start!

Fry Bread Tacos II
Really good. I thought the fry breads tasted a little like fried biscuits. For some reason, it worked and tasted great with all of the delicious toppings!
