I followed as listed and it worked fine. I did need to cook an additional 10min since it was still watery in the middle. (I did used frozen broccoli and drained most of the water out and added garlic while cooking broccoli)

Was amazing! Great way to freeze fresh basil for future use. We put it on fresh corn cobs and grilled wrapped in foil. Infused fabulous flavor on the corn.

Easy Pesto

This has worked well for us. I froze the extra we didn't use into ice cube trays for storage and has been quite handy in a pinch!

Chicken Costa Brava

I thoroughly enjoyed this meal! It has moved up to one of my permanent favorites. I had with rice and then the left overs with noodles. I really liked it on the noodles! A very colorful dish as well!

Best Bread Machine Bread

I added the extra salt that was mentioned and it is great. I am letting the bread do a 2nd rise in the oven over a hot pan of water to have a controlled environment. Rises for 1 hour then I cook at 350 for 30min. Beautiful each time!

Corn Tortilla Chips

Classic Cuban Midnight (Medianoche) Sandwich

Chicken Enchiladas V

Mmmm,Mmmm! I added some of the Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce (easy!) found on this website and a can of sweet baby corn to the chicken mixture. I also replaced the chile peppers with roasted red peppers since hubby has a sensitive tummy. I added the enchilada sauce over top of the tortillas too-I love red sauce. Can't wait to have the left overs for lunch!

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

This was so easy. I added this to a chicken enchilada recipe and yummy! I replaced the onion salt with dried minced onion. It was good.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Wonderful recipe. Everyone said it did melt in your mouth! I like to make this and give some away. Recently my new neighbor said that it was the best banana bread he ever had. Oh, did I mention that he is a culinary chef? He wanted the recipe. Thought this might be encouraging!
