Artichoke Chicken
I LOVE this recipe! Since everyone in my house refuses to eat artichokes, I end up making a dish for myself when I get the urge, and then eat on it for a few meals. Mainly because of this, I usually end up buying the little strips of chicken instead of whole breasts (or I cut up breasts). I serve it (to myself ha) over rice and end up mixing it all up anyway. I haven't tried it over pasta, but I'm sure it would be great. I think its a little strong to eat by itself, but that might be just my taste. I also end up using more than a pinch of garlic pepper, and totally think it makes the dish and wouldn't substitute. Great and easy recipe!
