Simple Slow Cooker Meatloaf
Made as directed except used BBQ sauce instead of ketchup (like it better is all) and this turned out pretty good, especially for a slow cooker. I overcooked it a bit, simply left it on too long and one end was a way overcooked. However, it was easy to slice that little section right off and the rest was great! Oh I only used one egg also. Might add just a tiny bit more breadcrumbs or crackers next time.

Cream Cheese Cookies III
These were yummy! I made exactly as written except didn't add walnuts (didn't have them) and these turned out really good. I wish I would have reserved more crust for the top, might double next time. It had a good 'praline' kind of taste to it. Thanks for sharing!

Artichoke Chicken
I LOVE this recipe! Since everyone in my house refuses to eat artichokes, I end up making a dish for myself when I get the urge, and then eat on it for a few meals. Mainly because of this, I usually end up buying the little strips of chicken instead of whole breasts (or I cut up breasts). I serve it (to myself ha) over rice and end up mixing it all up anyway. I haven't tried it over pasta, but I'm sure it would be great. I think its a little strong to eat by itself, but that might be just my taste. I also end up using more than a pinch of garlic pepper, and totally think it makes the dish and wouldn't substitute. Great and easy recipe!
