Applesauce Bars
This was so delicious! I brought it to two different group events and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe almost exactly, except I substituted 1/2tsp. cinnamon, 1/4tsp. ginger, 1/8tsp. cloves, 1/8tsp. nutmeg for the pumpkin pie spice. The first time I made it, I frosted it with storebought vanilla frosting. The second time I sprinkled powdered sugar on it. It was great both ways. This is my new favorite fall dessert.

Honey-Pecan Chicken Breasts
This recipe was delicious! I agree the cayenne pepper is necessary to counter the sweetness of the honey. I took the advice of other reviewers and heated the honey and pecans separately. I plan on making this again. Next time I will reduce the amount of honey and pecans as we had more sauce than we needed. UPDATE: I now heat the chicken in the honey, but I toast the pecans separately and put them on top at the end.

Luscious Lemon Bars
These were delicious! I had to bake them a bit longer than stated, but they turned out wonderfully. The only change my husband asked me to make next time was to make a larger batch!
