Apple Walnut Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

This was pretty good. I found the mustard in the dressing didn't really fit in with the apples and I also used less onions. I also added some swiss cheese and crasins to the salad. I'll make this again, just without the mustard.

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole

Wonderful recipe!! I left out the mushrooms (yucko!!) and added the chicken broth like other suggested and it turned out great! Can't wait to try with some sausage!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this dish. I wasn't sure I wanted to try it with the tofu but it turned out great! I would have had no idea that tofu was even in it!

Caribbean Chicken

We liked this recipe. It is different but very good. I didn't have any pineapple juice so I used some crushed pineapple and the juice off that. It was very tasty. I don't think we will make this often because it is so different, but we will have it agian.

White Chocolate Covered Pretzels

This is a fun recipe. We used semi-sweet instead of white chocolate. I didn't add any shorting like some reviewers sugested and it turned out fine. No melt problems and it was really smooth. We used a high grade of chocolate and that might be the difference. We sprinkled cinammon sugar on them before they dried and they are very tasty. I will use this recipe agian.

Blueberry Gelatin Mold

I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I used frozen blueberries instead of canned so I added some extra water. I also cut the topping in half and that was the perfect amount. I will make this agian!
