I am 23 years old and I love to cook. I will be starting my own catering business shortly in the Phoenix area and I am very excited. I work in the executive offices of an airline right now and I love it! My favorite things to cook are complete meals for my family and friends. I was divorced a year ago and the guy I am seeing now gives me so much support and inspiration that I love to cook just about anything! My favorite family cooking traditions...hmmm that is a little tough. I would have to say my family's Christmas celebration is my favorite, everyone brings their best Italian dish and we just eat until we can barely move to open our gifts. Absolutely by far the winner would have to be my double layer pumpkin cheesecake! Followed closely by my chocolate trifle. Of course any dinner dish I make always get rave reviews from the family, especially my almond chicken.
