Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way
I made this with a few changes recently. I used a 6 1/2 lb. turkey breast in a 6 qt. slow cooker. In spite of me, it stayed moist and tender. (I forgot about it and left it on high for 5 hours) It was ready way before the meal was, but stayed great! The left over didn't last long either. This is how I plan on making the Thanksgiving bird, too. Excellent! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe!

Cream Cheese Frosting II
This is the best cream cheese frosting I have ever made! I made 1/2 the recipe to frost 18 pumpkin cupcakes and I had just a little extra, which was great on graham crackers as a before bed snack! I had to refrigerate it for a little while so it was stiff enough to spread nicely, but then it was perfect.

Peach Cream Pie I
This pie was great! I made it to use up some peaches on my counter - husband and kids were thrilled. They wanted to finish the whole thing on the spot. Not too sweet, but I only used 3/4 cup sugar. Also, baked at 350 for about an hour. It was perfect- light & fruity!
