Tomatillo Salsa Verde
I made this for the first time after being inspired by our local Mexican restaurant one Sunday and loved it. I put the onion, garlic and jalepeno in a food processor and then sauted in pan. I took other advice and cored the tomatillos and threw them right in the food processor as well. Added them to the pan and then added the spices and a handful of cilantro. Simmered for about 1/2 hour and added juice of one lime. I will use a little less lime juice next time and to make it chunkier just cut the garlic, onions and jalepeno.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style
Very easy! I used fresh ingredients and it turned out wonderful. I followed others advice and just used a dash of sesame oil. I don't have a wok, so I prepared this in a frying pan and it worked fine. My first time making fried rice and I will definetly try it again. Oh- one other note; I used a premixtre of honey and soy as my sauce that I used to coat. Easy and tasty recipe!

Roasted Tomato Salsa I
This recipe is very tasty. I followed it for the "roast" factor. I used 4 large garden tomatoes and two jalepenos. I broiled them in the oven, coring the tomatoes first and seeding the jalepenos and cutting them in half. Instead of using the spices, I added two teaspoons knorr chix boullion and it gave it a nice flavor.
