Banana Crumb Muffins

These are AMAZING! I made them exactly as written. I actually hide bananas so they'll get over ripe and I can make these muffins! YUM!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2010
We LOVED this! Everyone gobbled it up! I threw my chicken in the crockpot with some chicken broth for most of the day, took it out and shredded it. Made the onion mixture in a skillet with some of the broth. Threw everything back in the crockpot (remove the extra broth first), with the cup of the soup mixture. I left out the green onions because I didn't have any, and used green enchilada sauce. YUM!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2007
These are so awesome! I made them just as written. I used some of the tips to help. I used my cookie scoop that's a tablesoon and got 48 balls (I didn't have enough pb cups but they are yummy without too). I put my PB cups in the freezer as well. Over all a great easy recipe that I know will be made again! My boys loved helping with this one.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2007
Amazing! I just finished making these and my house is filled with their amazing aroma! They are fantastic! I did bake them at the lower temp and used a non cream cheese frosting because I didn't have any. It's really simple just 2 cups of powdered sugar, 1 Tablespoon melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2-4 Tablespoons milk depending on the consistancy you prefer. Will make again (and agian)
