Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue
I really liked this recipe! I was so happy I could throw frozen chicken breast in the slow cooker and have a delicious meal when I got home. I cooked it on high for 3 hours so it didn't dry out so much. Make sure to top it off with the sauce, or top with with more BBQ sauce.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew III
I enjoyed this recipe. I couldn't find the golden mushroom soup, so I used condensed onion soup instead and omitted the chopped onion. I added some chopped garlic and ground pepper. Since it's just 2 of us at our house, I used 1 pound of meat and cooked it on high for 6 hours. The meat was tender and the veggies were great (not too mushy). We have a little bit of leftovers, so I'll be having it tomorrow for lunch also!

Chicken Scampi I
I marinated the chicekn overnight. It had a very strong taste of wine. I thought it was full of flavor and thought it was okay....but my husband did not like it.
