Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!
Our family can not get enoough of this cobbler. I used Splenda instead of sugar in the berries and Splenda for baking for the dough. No one knew the difference and my diabetic husband could enjoy this along with the rest of the family. Less sugar is better for everyone . I tried other recipes, but this is the one everyone wants

Pork Tenderloins with Roasted Potatoes
This is an excellent recipe to work from. I added 1/4 cup fresh chopped basil an 1/4 jar of roasted red peppers and used fresh rosemary the second time I made it and got raves from everyone.

Nonalco Punch
My grandkids actually prefer this to sodas. they always ask me to make this for them on holidays and special occasions. I have also made this with Splenda in place of sugar and it is just as good
